The Calder Place Christmas party was successful with a large turnout - kids everywhere - which I hasten to add is good to see. No photos - the photographer was ailing somewhat following an extravagant night on the electric soup. Bryn's 40th is looming in early January 2006, and the Brynmeister is training hard....

Guitarist Australia Cd Review

Brother Anthony [aka Tony] McGloin's Cd Nightflight received an excellent review in the current Nov/Dec issue of Guitarist Australia. Reviewer Gun Arvidssen states that "while the covers are excellent it's the originals on this album that are most outstanding - a musician who can take on and rival the likes of Cole Porter could have confidently included a greater proportion of his own work".

Great praise indeed. Please note my own review in Just Old What's New.

Check out Music and Food Part 1. I'd intended to include it in the CokBok, so it had some spurious food references in what was mainly some jabber about my musical influences and experiences.
